1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our website or customer service, providing the order details and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will guide you through the return process and arrange for the return to be picked up.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed in cash. Refunds will be provided within 7-10 business days from when we receive the returned item.
If the product is returned due to defects or damage caused during transit, the full amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on certain items, including:
- Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Any product that is returned after the 7-day period.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item according to our return policy.
